- Engaged on multi-million dollar projects/contract reviews of up to $15B in the areas of EHR, business intelligence, ePrescribing and technology infrastructure.
- Working on multiple multi-million dollar EHR projects for Epic and Cerner implementations.
Managed teams of up to 175 FTEs and budgets of up to $300 million.
Developed the next generation hospital strategy for Europe’s largest new children’s $500 million hospital build.
